Rory James Matthews is the oldest son of James and Anna Matthews. He was born 22 October 1995. He has younger brothers Finn from 1998 and Toby from 2001. He is the boyfriend of Camilla Green. He lives in Durham.

In 2003, he started Year 3 at St Margaret's Junior School, in Rainham, Kent.
In 2007, he started Year 7 at Rainham Mark Grammar School, Kent. In 2012, he took his GCSEs in English literature (A*), English language (A*), Maths (B), Biology (A), Chemistry (A), Physics (B), French (A), Drama (A), Religious Studies (A) and History (A*)
In September 2013, he applied for university at Oxford for English and History (no offer), St Andrews for English and Modern History (AAA offer), York for English and History (AAA offer), Durham for English and History (A*AA offer) and Exeter for English and History (AAB offer). He firmed Durham and put York as his insurance choice.
In 2014 he took his A levels with A*A*A in English (A*), History (A*), French (A), and an AS in Government and Politics (A), and he got his place at Durham confirmed.
In October 2014, he started studying English and History at Durham University, St Chad's College.
Personal life []
Rory has been in a relationship with Camilla Green since November 2014, after previously having been best friends since 2007. In September 2016, he and Camilla moved into a 1 bedroom flat in Durham.
